Fountain Construction Company, Inc., exceeds all of your expectations by offering a variety of services. With over 45 years of experience, we’ve built our solid reputation upon our clients’ satisfaction. Operating from a sound financial base, Fountain outperforms the rest with the technical expertise of 450 plus, skilled craftspeople and professionals.

In 1959 D.G. "Sonny" Fountain started a residential electrical contracting business. The firm grew quickly and was soon permforming large and difficult commercial projects such as the Mississippi R&D Center, Baptist Hospital in Jackson and St. Dominic Health Center in Jackson.

By the 1970's, Fountain had formed Mechanical and General Construction divisions to provide full construction services to its customer base.

A Sheetmetal Fabrication Division was also formed in the mid 70’s primarily to support the other operations but has also done contract fabrication work building tanks, kitchen equipment, fire truck bodies, conveyors and special architectural components.

The move from subcontractor to general contractor was inevitable and in 1985 the name was changed to Fountain Construction Company to better reflect our full capabilities and began doing work strictly as a prime contractor. That change brought on the addition of even more specialties performed in house and today we self perform concrete work, masonry, and steel erection…..almost everything in a typical project except site work and finish trades.
